Each entry must answer/cover 2 main questions:
- Why are you nominating this person (30% score – 100-300 words)?
- Please focus on the specific qualities that make the nominee deserving of recognition. This could include their exceptional skills, dedication, leadership qualities, or positive impact on others.
- What have they done in the last 12 months to make them stand out (70% score - 300-500 words)?
- Please tell us about the recent achievements or contributions that set the nominee apart. This could encompass projects they have led, milestones they have achieved, awards they have won, or any other noteworthy accomplishments within the past year.
To enhance your entry further, consider addressing the suggested points/objectives:
- How they have supported colleagues or the business/brand/product, with real-life examples of challenges and their problem-solving approach.
- Personal attributes they have exhibited that have contributed to their success.
- Why you believe they are most deserving of the award compared to other potential nominees.
- Include at least one testimonial from a client or team member to underscore the nominee's impact and effectiveness.
Please note that at judging all entries will be anonymised in order to be as fair as possible to the nominees.
