The Talent Foundry was the chosen charity for the Education Estates® Awards 2024
We're pleased to announce that we helped The Talent Foundry to raise a total of £5,122 at the Education Estates® Awards 2024. Thank you to everyone who donated.
Talent is everywhere, but opportunity is not. The Talent Foundry (TTF), a UK education charity, bridges this gap to improve social mobility for young people in underserved schools.
Being able to realise your potential depends on who your parents are, your education, your skills, and also where you grew up.
Young people have big aspirations about their futures, yet schools do not always have the resources to bring these to life. Without the networks, employer connections and confidence, young talent is unnecessarily wasted.
And since the pandemic, the disadvantage gap continues to widen. Working with 60,000 young people each year, our programmes help young people to discover their amazing talents, develop valuable new employability skills, and take their first step into higher education or the world of work.
We work in partnership with employers and volunteers to deliver industry-focused skills workshops to build skills and enhance confidence. Our partners include Barclays LifeSkills, Dell Technologies, M&G plc, Mace Group, Network Rail and we are supported by Morgan Sindall, Reds10, Wates and Willmott Dixon.
