Penny is Head of Operations at XR Therapeutics, she has over 6 years working in the VR industry, she has a degree in Psychology and has experience working/volunteering in the NHS and the third sector supporting people with mental health conditions. She is passionate about inclusivity and making mental healthcare accessible to everyone.
