Matthew leads DHA’s Education Team, working with a range of clients including main contractors, the DfE and their Technical Advisors, Local Authorities, schools and Trusts. Matthew has been the planning lead on a large number of free school, block replacement and other education projects; involving primary, secondary and SEN schools across the country.
