Fiona is the Head of Proposition for Sustainability and Net Zero at Capita Public Services, leading the Decarbonisation Team. She is currently delivering the module on how to prepare Climate Action Plans to 25,000 schools for DfE through the Schools Resource Management programme. She previously served as the Senior Quality, Energy, and Sustainability Manager for the Northern Ireland Schools’ Estate managing energy and sustainability for 1,100 schools. Fiona has a rich background in addressing climate change, she chaired the UK School Sector Net Zero Carbon Building Standard, published in Sept. ’24, was the Education Technical lead on the NI Climate Change Technical Advisory Group and was Director of the PassivHaus Premium and BREEAM Outstanding Erne Campus College project.
