Having now completed 11 schools worth over £153m in the past three years in this sector, our track record of delivering highly-complex educational environments that encompass a wide range of needs and requirements, including residential accommodation.

Optimum Schools

In the past 12 months we have reflected on the 10th anniversary of the launch of Optimum Schools design principles, noting how far we have developed them, and how well suited the kit of parts approach has been for the modern construction business - easily adaptable to meet the carbon challenges, as we unveiled the latest Optimum Schools Zero iteration.

Net Zero

We are currently working on Net Zero Carbon in Operation schools for the Department for Education across the country, demonstrating the trust they place in our business to deliver on this most significant area of innovation, with the government’s challenging targets to be met.

Looking to the future, over the next 12 months we are looking to make further developments in low carbon design and construction including lowering embodied carbon, finding new ways of working together including Alliances and more collaborative cultures, and continuing to develop our platform solutions.
